I slept till noon today
The opening was wonderfully fun. Pictures to come. The great Steve B. discusses it on his blog, as well!
all a blur
Dad's camera was on autofocus- here are some blurry graduation pictures and then some new crea pictures (tiger lilly)
Here we are Anna, Jon, and Ben at my little section of the gallery

Back at home. Keeping grump Peter Steele company
i squished my finger in the door
Tommorow I am going to the hotel to learn how to order office supplies when they run out, etc... back to the dull dull world.
have you been watching the "coolest small apt contest" on Apartment Therapy. There are some really great places. I feel like changing my room quite a bit.
Maybe I just need to eat more iron
131 dead in Baghdad. 33 some folks gunned down in Virginia. Bees disappearing. Dramatic climate changes. The Michelles had their baby, Phineas Henry. I was making him a little hat yesterday and now I can't help but whimper over it. Maybe everyone grows up and realizes the world is quite horrible and scary.
All I have wanted to do these last few months has been to sleep and eat soup. I used to hate feeling lazy. That's not great considering the fact that my thesis is almost due but hell, I don't even feel guilt anymore. sleep and eat.
I took a stab at making a josiewhitmore.com. This time I just wimped out and went the squarespace route again- heres 2 hours worth of work- it will change a lot probably. Maybe not. I don't really care.
update: if you go to the journal section of josiewhitmore.com you will see some new panels.
another question
should I take this old fence out. Seeing how it doesnt really look like a fence?
also- should the dog in the trelis picture be to the left or to the right and is he too small.
many more but im too tired to post
I think I should probably take away the weird wood paneling.
what do you think.

In other news: I need to take peter to the vet tommorow because he has a cold and maybe digestive problems
